Oil Care Scotland Ltd reserves the right to inspect equipment prior to acceptance. We do this to ensure that your equipment is working properly or is made to work properly and so that both parties are aware of the equipment's condition at the time of plan acceptance.

Repairs required before plan acceptance will be charged at usual rates. Inspections and service are subject to the accessibility of equipment and the availability of parts from normal supply sources. Annual inspection and servicing will be performed during regular business hours. Oil Care Scotland will not be held responsible for servicing, inspection or breakdown repairs not performed due to the unavailability of customers during working hours. Any callouts and repairs not covered by the plan will be charged at normal rates. All services and repair work will be performed provided the safety of our technicians is not compromised. The condition and maintenance of the chimney and flue are the responsibility of the home owner.
